Meet Steph VanHeel
Head Coach and Owner of Coon Rapids and Blaine Moms On The Run
I am a certified run instructor and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. I live in Ham Lake with my husband Bobby and three boys; Connor (13), Drew (11) and Jacob (8). I also have three step-children that spend many weekends with us; Lexie (15), Jayce (13), and Shelby (12). We are a very busy and active blended family.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with this program and meet so many great women. As I seek to motivate and inspire others, I am in turn also motivated and inspired. Moms on the Run provides a place to make new friends and find the encouragement and support to achieve your fitness goals. It will also give you the motivation to be the best ‘Mom on the Run’ you can be!
