Fueling for the Long Run

Fueling for the long run: Long runs are a staple of so many of our training programs. As runners we know that how we feel during the long run comes down to how we fuel during it. Here are some important questions to dive into: When do I know I need to fuel during a run? How long of a run does it have to be? What should I eat and drink? Is it ok to fast before long runs?
