We host four challenges throughout the year:
WINTER WOKROUT CHALLENGE
The FREE Winter Workout Challenge runs the second week in January. It helps shake off those holiday blues and lets you dive into a week of fitness, fun and fantastic rewards.

MOTRvate28 runs February 1-28 and will help you keep those resolutions going while gearing up for spring. Earn points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate you and create solid, healthy habits.

Month of Miles is a fun summer (June or July) accountability challenge will help you stay motivated in your running or walking routine. We’ll help you increase your overall movement over four weeks by logging distance every single day. Walking, jogging, intervals, running are all counted towards your goal.

PLANKSgiving — a fun challenge leading up to Thanksgiving. Join us for 10 days of squats, planks and thanks. Each day, we’ll give you an exercise to add to your workout. This will keep you motivated as we kick off the busy holiday season. Challenge yourself, build strength and stay inspired. It’s a fantastic opportunity to give thanks while getting your plank on!
